In this case the subsidiary Castle Power BD is acting as a means of enforcing the warranty service terms of the original brand companies.

Castle Power BD provides full assistance to the customer in obtaining warranty service for purchased products and Star Tech acts as an intermediary between the customer and the manufacturer or importer.
